This visualisation was lovingly created to help you reflect on the past year, release what no longer serves you, and set powerful intentions for an incredible 2025. A year when you can truly shine!
How to Prepare:
Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed. Turn off your phone, dim the lights, and create a calming atmosphere. Make sure you're warm and comfortable. Simply listen to the guided visualisation and let yourself relax and be present. Never listen while driving or operating machinery—only when you can fully focus on your relaxation.
Remember: your subconscious mind is always listening! So it is important that you focus on what you want, and not what you don't want. For it's normal for thoughts to pass through your mind. But during this time - don’t focus on them - or add to them - imagine they are like clouds - drifting past ‘the sky of your mind’ and gently bring your attention back to my voice.
For best results, listen daily for 30 days - as consistency is key to transformation. Even if you can't commit to a daily practice, know that each session is a step in the right direction towards powerful, positive change.
